Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Emily Ross Design ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

We provide graphic design services including but not limited to:

• Logo Design
• Brand Identity Development
• UI/UX Design
• Print Design
• Digital Media Design

3. Project Terms

All projects are subject to:

• A signed contract specifying deliverables and timeline
• 50% upfront payment before work begins
• Final payment before the release of final files
• Maximum of two rounds of revisions unless otherwise specified

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full payment, clients receive full rights to the final deliverables. However, we retain the right to:

• Display the work in our portfolio
• Use the work for promotional purposes
• Retain ownership of unused concepts and preliminary designs

5. Cancellation Policy

Projects cancelled after work has begun are subject to payment for work completed up to the cancellation date. The initial deposit is non-refundable.

6. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and project details. Non-disclosure agreements are available upon request.

7. Limitation of Liability

Emily Ross Design is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
